Trigger action operation delay ignored

    Trigger action operation delay ignored

    As shown below a trigger action has been configured to create a Servicenow incident after 30mins. Yet the incidents are created immediately.

    Is there something I can check to find the cause ?

    Found the culprit ! It was een another action, sending too all media.

    After that there was a permission issue. Pity this is issue silenced.

      Have not really dealt with complex escalations, but this loos like example 2 from docs https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...on/escalations (Sending a delayed notification about a long-standing problem)
      that one instructs to also update default step duration to same as "start in"...
