"No data" in Latest data graphs, if select a time range more than 4 days

Hi all,

I have Zabbix 1.8.13 set up on a CentOS box working good. But for some items there is "No data" error in the Latest data graphs.

If I choose 1h or 3h or 1d in Zoom, or drag the bar to choose a time range within 4 days, everything is fine and I can see the graphs.

However, if I choose 1w in Zoom, or drag the bar to 5 days or more, it gives [no data] and an empty graph.

E.g.
Graph for May 1 to May 4 -> OK
Graph for Apr 27 to Apr 30 -> OK
Graph for Apr 29 to May 2 -> OK
But, graph for Apr 27 to May 4 -> No data


I checked there is data in Values view. There are some old threads suggested the time may be off, but that's not the case.

Could anyone please give me a hand? Thank you and appreciate that.

How long do you have your Zabbix system keeping history for values and trends?

Thank you for the hint.

Finally figured out the trends were set to zero, hence empty in the trends/trends_uint tables.

Since trends are hourly snapshots of min,avg,max, I recomposed the values and inserted into the tables, and everything is good now. Thanks again. Cheers.

hey i know its long time already. may i know where did u set it? i saw my trend setting is 180d but still the graph empty when I set more than 6 days
