Agent cannot communicate to server (even firewall on both side)

Hi everyone, I'm new to Zabbix and have a simple problem.

I successfully setup Zabbix server in ubuntu server but the windows agent (not agent 2) cannot communicate to my Zabbix server.

Both firewall are off, able to ping to each other. I tried my best to research online, spent few days time but I still not able to trace the real issue, end up I came to forum seek for help. I really hope someone could help me out .

I tried both installation method, one is windows agent msi (not agent 2), another one is CLI, both not work.

You do not have any template with items attached to the server, and there are no items at all! Please read the documentation.
