    Need help troubleshooting UserParameter issue

    I have 6 hosts all running zabbix_agent version 4.0.15. All 6 have the exact same zabbix_agentd.conf file and userparameter_postfix.conf file and are on the same version of Linux. The userparameter is set to override the default servicenow assignment group. 3 servers open tickets for the correct group and the other 3 open for the default assignment group.

    I turned on debug logging on the client side and I get the same results for the 3 that work as I do for the 3 that do not.
    22670:20210319:153829.806 Requested [servicenow.assignment_group]
    22670:20210319:153829.806 In zbx_popen() command:'echo "Enterprise Messaging Administration"'
    22670:20210319:153829.807 End of zbx_popen():7
    8906:20210319:153829.807 zbx_popen(): executing script
    22670:20210319:153829.810 In zbx_waitpid()
    22670:20210319:153829.810 zbx_waitpid() exited, status:0
    22670:20210319:153829.811 End of zbx_waitpid():8906
    22670:20210319:153829.811 EXECUTE_STR() command:'echo "Enterprise Messaging Administration"' len:35 cmd_result:'Enterprise Messaging'
    22670:20210319:153829.811 Sending back [Enterprise Messaging Administration]

    Testing from zabbix server side, all report correct group:
    #zabbix_get -s server1 -k "servicenow.assignment_group"
    Enterprise Messaging Administration
    #zabbix_get -s server2 -k "servicenow.assignment_group"
    Enterprise Messaging Administration
    #zabbix_get -s server3 -k "servicenow.assignment_group"
    Enterprise Messaging Administration
    #zabbix_get -s server4 -k "servicenow.assignment_group"
    Enterprise Messaging Administration
    #zabbix_get -s server5 -k "servicenow.assignment_group"
    Enterprise Messaging Administration
    #zabbix_get -s server6 -k "servicenow.assignment_group"
    Enterprise Messaging Administration

    Any idea as to what I am missing? Thanks in advance for your help.

    I figured this out. The solution was to mark Host Inventory as Automatic then reload cache on the Zabbix Server. Within Zabbix, search for the host, click on the host, click on host inventory and mark as automatic. The servers that were not auto assigning to the correct group had Host Inventory setting disabled. Once marked as automatic, the Primary POC will be filled in and the Primary POC email will be set to true
