    Problem created, no action follows

My greetings to this forum with the first attempt to understand this seemingly great product.
Posting my problem here hoping to hear from experts and support.
Here's my challenge. I have a group of hosts with one of them added specifically as unavailable/not online to test alerts
Zabbix created problem for it saying "unavailable by ICMP ping". I take it as a good sign.
But I don't see any actions at all. Action log under report is empty and of course I'm not receiving email alerts not even saying about Telegram ones.
My email media type is configured properly and I'm testing it successfully by receiving an email from Zabbix.
Action to send email has been configured as well with the condition to include the above said hosts group.
The operations for this action are set to send email to the admin. What else ?
Where do I need start looking to isolate the problem ?

    Anyone, please!
Don't make me walk away from this product. I like the way it looks and works, just need to figure out alerts

Yes, Cyber, that's exactly correct. The action column is empty, here's the screenshot

What am I missing ? Or rather which conditions and where to adjust them ?

Yes, you are correct, good catch, problem was created earlier then I started configuring actions. To me personally it should not matter what goes first, problem or action. We are not finding the answer to the famous question what appeared first, chicken or egg
But if this is the logic we have to follow I'll remove the problem by removing the device and then re-add it again hoping that it will trigger the action
        Thanks for now!

Ok, it worked! After 5 minutes set under operations in the action for email alert I did receive one.
Quick question, when I added the device I used the template - Network Generic Device SNMP
Now in the problem description I see the device is unavailable via ping, Why would it not tell me that it is not reachable via SNMP ?
There could be a situation when the device is online and pingable but not reachable via SNMP.

If no action is fired, then there is no match for conditions.. I suppose you also do not see anything in problem list in "Actions" column?...

Was that Problem active already before you created action? It says its been already 9 days... Topic here is just 4 days old..
Action is executed only when trigger fires... if you add action later, it will not be executed against those already active problems...

Because that template also contains item which pings your device (template is linked to other template called "Template Module ICMP Ping").
In case your SNMP check fails you should get trigger "No SNMP data collection"
So, you device was not pingable in this case. but seems snmp requests are OK, if there is no other triggers...

Please can you assist on how i should configure this. No action is being triggered when a problem arises.
