I play some weeks now with Zabbix. works well but i got problem with the notification. On the Zabbix Admin mail Address all success.
If I add new User, add this user to Zabbix Administrators, he get Notification too. so works well.
I want send notifications of only one host to a different User/Mail Address. I found this:
I do this and create a trigger-action under Configuration>>Action>>Trigger
as example I look in the existing action and only change the user group:
but the messages are not send. only Administrator get this message over the existing Action
where I'm wrong ? permissions?

- I monitor a lot of servers and for a few of them, I need that certain users to be notified when a trigger is activated.
Currently, I have achieved this by :
- creating a new hosts group and adding that server also in that group
- creating a new users group and linked only to that hosts group
- the new user belongs to that user group
