Template import missing items

I have created a template for some Asus routers and, whenever I export it, some dependent items are missing.

The template has the item "Memory WebUI Total" which is dependent on "Linux memory by Zabbix agent: Total memory" (from OOTB template).
When I export the template, this item is not added to .yaml file.

So, when I try to import it in another server installation, the error bellow occurs.

Cannot find item "vm.memory.size[webui,total]" on "Asus Router by Zabbix Agent" used as the Y axis MAX value for graph "Memory WEBUI".

Any idea why is that?

I infered that the "Memory WebUI Total" item is not being exported because it depends on another item from another template.
If I change the item's dependency to something different, it is exported to the .yaml file correctly.

That seems odd and I'm not sure why it happens. For now, I could not find any documented information about that behavior.

Any thoughts?
