Hello guys, i need some assistance here:
I am monitoring a database wich should get informations every 5 minutes. If the last incoming information exceed a certain time there will be a warning and after a bit more time there should be an alarm that triggers an call via opsgenie.
so far the theoretical part.
I've created a script wich is working perfectly fine and i also do have the working triggers wich set the alarm correctly. I just changed the parameters from state (0,1,2) to amount (5min, 10 min, 15, min) vor better visibility. Before i used the state i had no issues with the trigger via opsgenie.
It came to state 2 and called an admin.
Everything was fine, i adjusted just the parameters (still Numeric) and it does trigger at the predetermend time. But instead of using opsgenie webhook to actually trigger an alarm on opsgenie it now gives me an error (No media defined for user).
I Added then the opsgenie media to the user with an e-mail but it still does not work. in general i don't want this to be userdriven, i thought i could use the webhook api and just send an alarm to that media.
Is there a missconseption on my side, i can't find a proper solution.
