Trigger Action Send Email to multiple groups

Hi,

I'm having an issue when trying to have a trigger action send email to multiple groups.

In the screenshot below, all members of Group 1 receive the alert email when triggered, but no one is group 2 does. Each user in Group 1 and Group 2 has a valid email address configured.



Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Group 2 has no access to affected host groups?

Both user groups have permissions set like this at the moment:

Then both groups should not receive anything... Are the users only in those groups or some others also? Access could come from some usergroup/hostgroup combo...

Hmm, that's strange. I'll have a read of that documentation and add some host group permissions to group 2 and see what happens, thanks!
