I tried to create my own template to monitor one service and used approach to gather all data in CSV to one item without a history ("Do not keep history") and then parse it in multiple Dependent items.
However, during migration to Agent2 I forgot to move userparameter files and thus the "get" item became unsupported. And even though I fixed the mistake and now everything is collecting correctly, the item is still labelled as "not supported" with the original error. Even though this is not a crucial issue, it is quite difficult to remember which item is "falsely not supported".
Could you please help me to "reset" the state? I was searching solution in the documentation and here, but I was not lucky. Furthermore, I have already tried disable/enable, clear history of that item, but it did not help. The only thing helped previously was to unlink & clear, but it is a bit clumsy solution as I lose the whole history.
I attached several screenshot of items definition, host configuration with not supported status and latest data (with recent values).
