It begin since 5.0 version for active agents2. Same continue at 6.0, fresh install. I have server with same config at 4.4 without any problem.
"not available" trigger randomly happens without visible reason. If {$AGENT.NODATA_TIMEOUT} 5min, trigger would be active for 5min. if 30 > for 30min. Sometimes more.
no any logs at agent (var/log).
Sometimes it not happens for a few days, sometimes it flapping every 10min the whole day.
not default setting at config:
#Server=ip - disable passive checks
ServerActive=ip
HostMetadata=metadata
RefreshActiveChecks=3600
BufferSend=120 - tried different, nothing changed.
Timeout=30 - was same at default timeout, so increased.
no any queue on server, all workers increased. most of hosts at same subnet, on same physical host where zabbix VM.
