    Template import stuck uploading

    Hi there,

I've upgraded Zabbix to 6.0 without any major problems. But now i'm trying to add a new template, but after i press "Import" the process gets stuck in a loop.

Is there anyone who can help me out?

    Thanks!

Hi. What did you upgrade from? And if before 5.2 did you step the upgrade to 5.4 then to 6? Might be worth checking your apache.conf file for input file size and processing timeout, however the default usually suffice for out of the box deployments.

I've raised both sizes a bit, then restarted apache, but without luck. :-(

What versoin did you upgrade from? We've solved a similar issue today, issue was new templates not being added with the correct fields. This thread may shed some light https://www.zabbix.com/forum/zabbix-...rom-5-0-to-6-0

From 5.2 to 6.0. Without the 5.4 step.
I've downloaded a "new" template from here as a test: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/za...e_oneview.yaml but that one also gets stuck while uploading.

I've found another call at the Bugs and Issues, but it got closed immediately. https://support.zabbix.com/projects/...sues/ZBX-20615

I'm encountering the same problem, with a completely new Zabbix 6.0 installation.

I wanted to import some templates (from a Zabbix 5.0 installation) and raised the upload file size to 8MB (instead of the default 2MB) to import them.
The import doesn't raise an error now, but is stuck uploading instead.
