    Hi everybody,

    I've got a nice problem with the Zabbix IT-Services.
    We're using Zabbix for about 3 yrs and established the IT-Services some time ago.
    I've noticed, that the Problem time increases slowly - no problem so far, this could happen. But the problem was recorded during a weekly maintenance period which is scheduled due to the optimiziation of the Zabbix database.
    Maybe I'm missing a little thing, but as far as I understand the Problem time should not be increased during a mainenance period.

    Here's the configuration of the maintenance period:
    - General -
    Code:
    Name:	ZBX database maintenance
    Type:	No data collection
    Active since:	2014/8/1 1600
    Active till:	2017/12/31 0000
    - Period -
    Code:
    Period type:	weekly
    Every week(s):	1
    Day of week:	Fridy

    - Hosts & Groups -

    I've configured for each server a service that represents the status (up/down) of the server. I've used the shipped trigger "Template_Zabbix_Agent: Server {HOSTNAME} is unreachable for 3 minutes", which is part of the Zabbix agent template to determine the status of the system.

    The recorded Problem time was - as I said - during the maintenance period.
    Is this behavior normal?

    Maintenance periods do not affect calculations made in IT services.
    See ZBXNEXT-334 and consider to vote for it.
