Discovery Rule Action adding ZBX agent when only SNMP is chosen

I cannot figure out how to make the discovery rule and discovery rule actions to not create the host with the ZBX agent. They are only monitored by SNMP and don't want the Zabbix agent status to show as it says unavailable. How do I tell the discovery rule/action to add the host with SNMP only?

Sounds like you have an item somewhere what checks agent availability? If you only have SNMP checks, that ZBX should never light up...

I only have a template applied to it, which is an SNMP template. I don't see any items on that template that is checking for agent availability. I agree, it doesn't light up, but causing the availability widget to show as unknown status. Trying to get a clean display of information.
