Was reading the release notes up to 5.0.21 but didn't see anything similar mentioned about this. I am considering updating anyways. Thanks Markku for the help so far.

Just wanted to let you know that issue is resolved. Its stupid really
Top Depended trigger was in problem state ( like 5th host in tree from this one in question). Someone from NOC acknowledged the host down and i did not see it in Problem overview dashboard. Once the trigger dependency was corrected on root host , all is good.
