SLA

Hi

I am trying to setup SLA for some of the services on a windows server, the SLA is working but not perfectly.
SLA countdown starts if any of the windows service which is tagged and monitored is down or turned off, but when the machine is turned off for maintenance or for some other reason the SLA doesnt work and doesnt go down.
what change should I make so that the SLA go down when the machine is off?

the following is what ive noticed
if the zabbix agent is down, zabbix server will continue to show the status of window services as running. this is the reason why SLA doesnt start the counter.
