    ServiceDesk Plus Integrations Creating 2 tickets

    I have successfully setup the manage engine SDP integration and it is generating "Problem" tickets properly. The issue I am seeing is that after the problem is resolved in zabbix it is creating another ticket on RESOLVED message. Is there a setting I am missing to not send resolved tickets to SDP? thanks in advanced.

    Hi @xTITUS_MAXIMUSx! Im having problems configuring the SD Webhook in Zabbix.The error is

    [Debug] [ ManageEngine Webhook ] Failed to parse response received from ManageEngine
    [ ManageEngine Webhook ] ERROR: Request failed with HTTP status code 400. Check debug log for more information.

    I know this is a very ambiguous message, but if you have this working properly, can you share any advice please?
