Zabbix 6.2: Inventory do not work as expected

Hello,
We need a list of hosts and relative OS, so we have activated automatic inventory on all hosts.
The fields is stil empty and only name of the host apperars.

How can I get this data?
PS the photo is about a Windows Server host

And which items are populating it? Automatic or not, if nothing is set to populate fields, then nothing appears there.

There is checkbox in item config. https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...fig/items/item
But you need to set your item to query for that specific data. It does not happen automagically..

The item system.uname of the Zabbix Agent for Win is setted to write the value in the OS field... but the value is empty.
Weird is I can get the value from the item configuration

Is not shown also in inventory page? on "Latest data" page? I am not completely sure, but as you have there "Discard unchanged with heartbeat" preprocessing, then yo might need to go back in time enough to see that last value...
I'm not using default templates and inventory, so I have no place to check to be sure... And I don't have 6.2 also..
