Severity and media types

Hi!,

I have the following config for notifications. I have some triggers whose severity is Warning.


Even with this config, I do still receive notifications of triggers whose severity is warning for instance from 00:00 to 06:00 when by what I understand I shouldn't.

I have items or web scenarios, and triggers for them. At nights I really only want to receive critical events, due that mainly I use the warning severity mainly as informative...

What could I be doing wrong? The following is the way I configure triggers as warning severity :

Based on media configuration I could see you've enabled alerts for warning severities for 2 users. For which you'll receive alerts.

Further, Kindly check your server time zone.

that's it... and the timezone in Zabbix and the machine... is set to the same one... CET (UTC+1)... Europe Madrid....

Are you receiving alerts for both users or only 1. Because for 1 user start time window is wrongly mentioned as 00:06 while it should have been 06:00.

2 users with warnings...
one active from 06:00-23:00, other from 00:06-23:00 I suppose you are the second one?

I am suspecting 00:06 is the issue.

pehaps it's 24 instead of 00?

It's not the issue with time format.
For the second user, time should be 06:00-23:00 not 00:06-23:00

I wasn't able to understand this!! I pasted the alerts times just for you to have an idea of what I was trying to do... but there was the problem!!!!
