Creating alarms via web service with Zabbix

Hello,

We have a structure that creates an alarm by posting method with a web service. We want to convert this build to Zabbix. As far as I know, I think a similar integration can be done with Zabbix sender.

I request your help on the matter.

What you describe is indeed true, also there is multiple different implementations and from what ive seen it is also not hard to implement even if you had to develop it yourself.

Thanks medl. As far as I know, there is no need to have an agent installed for sender, isn't it enough just to have the sender package installed?

yes.. sender does not require agent.
