Repeat escalation notifications every 12 hours

Hello Together,

I would like to set the notification repetition to 12 hours. So that we are reminded of a critical problem by mail every 12 hours until the problem is solved.
Unfortunately, Zabbix won't let me change the value here. As soon as I leave the tab and click on it again, it returns to 1 hour.



Does anyone have an idea what this could be or how I can change this value?

It should work, but you can change the step duration for the operation to 12h also.

Here, unfortunately the value also falls out again as soon as I go to another tab.

You should not need to change step duration to be same as default.. Only if it needs to be something different from default.
But you leave out version...
I cannot replicate this here... Everything works just as it needs to ... keeps all the defaults and steps etc as instructed..

Just in case try cloning of the action, does it change anything? Can you change the clone?

Ah, if I don't change the default value, it works.



This setting now means that a problem is reported immediately after the first occurrence and then it is only reminded again after 12 hours, right?
