e-mail notifications

Hi,

I created alert based on Windows by Zabbix agent active. It sends e-mails, when the agent doesn't run. My problem is, when I create a similar action, but with Linux by Zabbix agent, it doesn't send e-mail. I tried it with Linux by Zabbix agent active too. The the connection between the agent and the server works, I see monitoring events from the agents.
I compared the two actions, but I don't see difference between the working, and the non-working. What could be the problem?

Well, if connection works, then there should not be any "agent does not run" triggers triggered...?

On a more serious note, I suppose you are sending email to a specific user or group? Does the user or group for linux events actually have access to those linux hosts?

Yes, I send e-mail who is super admin.
