correct templete for Cisco Nexus 7004

Dears ,

I have zabbix 6.4 Running with no issues
Just wanted to know the correct templete for monitoring Cisco Nexus 7004 switch
There is for cisco nexus 9000 avaliable
I am presently using Cisco snmp
But i see that Cpu , Fan and temperature are not monitored
Any advice and help for the right templete will be much appreciated
