After setting up according official documentation (https://www.zabbix.com/la/integrations/telegram) I always get same error below:



I've checked many forums and no telegram ID nor firewall api-calling issues found, any clues? How could I debug this issue deeply? this is the most accurate info I can get when testing the Media Type:

00:00:00.000 [Debug] [Telegram Webhook] notification failed: TypeError: cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of undefined

I'm running Zabix Server ver. 6.4 in a docker container with PostgreSQL database hosted in other docker container.

If you test, do you give some content to your event? like message? Seems like it is trying to "lowercase" something that is undefined...

No matter what I put, it always shows same error. Is there any way to get an extended log? Log link below provides same info

If you look into script in media config, then you can see lines starting with "Zabbix.log(4....". If you change that 4 to 3, you should get a bit more data into server log.
