Hello,
I'm currently experiencing an issue with my Zabbix system where it is sending old email alerts. I've gone through several troubleshooting steps, but I haven't been able to resolve the problem. I'm reaching out to the community for any insights or suggestions on how to fix this issue. Here's a summary of the problem and the steps I've taken so far:
I'm running Zabbix version 6.0.17, Is there any queue for mail client that used by Zabbix?
If anyone has encountered a similar problem or has any suggestions on how to troubleshoot further , I would greatly appreciate your input. I would like to resolve this email alert issue and ensure that notifications are being sent promptly.
Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Best regards,

I'm reaching out to the community for any insights or suggestions on how to fix this issue. Here's a summary of the problem and the steps I've taken so far:
- The Zabbix server time is correctly configured and synchronized with the correct time source.
- The email server settings in my Zabbix configuration have been double-checked, including the SMTP server, port, and credentials. The email server's time also appears to be accurate.
- I've reviewed the trigger conditions in my Zabbix configuration to ensure they accurately reflect the conditions I want to monitor.
- Zabbix server logs have been examined for any errors or warnings related to email alerts, but I didn't find any significant issues.
