Proxies don't execute scripts, scripts always run on zabbix server instead.

Running server and proxy v7.0.0.
Host is checked by proxy. Action trigger runs script on current host. Script has "Action operation" scope executed on "Zabbix proxy or server" but is always executed on server instead of proxy.

What I'm missing?
