Zabbix unable to delete template, items, triggers, hosts... basically everything

Hey everybody,

I have this serious problem in my Zabbix server where I have been unable to delete anything.
I am still able to create/update things but just not delete. Clicking "Delete" button does nothing.

Any help with this? I can't even seem to find anything wrong in the logs.
I have done restart zabbix-server service and even reboot server itself.
I'm not an expert so I may have missed things. Thanks!

Apologies.
It seems to be a browser problem.

I have tried running on a latest chrome and seems no issue
The workstation I was checking this server on seemed to have not been update for ages.
