    Zabbix 7.0.2: Unexpected server error

    Hello!

I am experiencing a problem when I want to update or change values in a macro. WIthin a template I am opening it and switch to 'Macros' section. If I switch to the 'Inherited and template macros' there is nothing. Only a white page. When I am switching back to 'Template macros' they are all gone.

When I want to change a macro, for example: Change warning threshold for memory to anything else, it gives me an server error. When I set the macro manually without using inherited macros section, it's working:

Does anyone experiencing the same or has any idea what's the problem?

Just today someone got the exact same error message in templates when they had added some WAF (web application firewall) configurations and it conflicted with the web requests in Zabbix UI.

I have no WAF. I have a second instance using the same internet connection and firewall with Zabbix 6.4 and it's working.

I have checked all my Logs from Zabbix and Apache, but cannot find any hint to solve this. It's still existing. I can't even clone a template.

I also cannot crate custom Triggers for an item. I have tried to do it directly on a host and then I wanted to update a custom template. It's also not working on my template I have created.

              Push!

It's frustrating that not one answere comes up. No hint or anything. Do I have to reinstall everything?

                    Hello, thank you for reply.

I inspected the page and find out the error 403 and I have the waf then I created a bypass rule and worked.

                    Thank you
