Zabbix 7.0 Not Sending Email Alerts on Offline Hosts

Good Morning,

I am having trouble receiving email alerts when hosts are down.
I have added permissions for everyone in the zabbix admin group to all the host groups.
I have triggers set up and SMTP set up. Test emails work and go to correct groups.
Triggers set for the hosts.
But I am not receiving any emails when I shut down my test host.
Anything I missed? Or can check logs anywhere for problems?

Are actions triggered at all for those events? You should see that number of actions in problem list. If there is nothing, your action is not triggered, so you need to investigate, why... Conditions matching etc... If there is something, but you don't receive anything, its most probably a permission issue...

I see the problem come up that the agent is not reachable. i set it as a disaster rated trigger. action to send emails.
Still doesnt set emails.
Am I missing something?
I gave everyone in the zabbix admin group full permissions on all the hosts.
