Upgraded to Zabbix 7.0 & Receiving DB Error

I upgraded from Zabbix 6.0LTS to 7.0 LTS. Now I can't login into the console, it says:

"The Zabbix database version does not match current requirements. Your database version: 7000000. Required version: 6000000. Please contact your system administrator."

I have postgres 16, timescaledb 2.16.1, and ran the schema.sql on the zabbix db. I'm still receiving the same error.

    How can I resolve this?

If you upgraded, then you need to start your server first. First startup should do all the conversion tasks and you should end up with correct DB version. If your frontend still says that db is if old version, then you should look into server logs and see, whay your upgrade has not been performed properly.
You should not run schema.sql for upgrade..

Thank you. Oddly enough, I had to reinstall the front end. Once I did that the DB error I was getting disappeared, and zabbix starting working again.
