Hi all,
I have this issue gathering SNMPv3 data from 2 Cambium V1000 devices. I use Zabbix 6.4.18
When both hosts are added to Zabbix, only 1 is receiving data. When the Zabbix server is restarted, it could be that host A is receiving data and host B not, or sometimes the other way around.
When I click ‘execute now’ on the host that is not receiving data, data is updated normally within few seconds.
Both hosts were added manually and are using a template I created myself. The template contains SNMPv3 username and Auth and Priv passwords. They are also correct, because the ‘execute now’ action is effectively gathering data
The template contains a discovery rule to discover all ethernet interfaces, which is working fine as different items are added to the corresponding hosts.
Snmpwalk from Zabbix server is working fine:
Both hosts also have different SNMP Engine ID’s:
I don’t really know what could be causing this. I am using already a lot of SNMPv3 devices in my Zabbix environment. Is there a maximum amount of SNMPv3 items that Zabbix can handle?
Does anyone have an idea on what more to try, please?
