Agent 2 on Windows ZBX status

    Hello.

at first I have to say that I have less experience in using and customizing Zabbix. It is new for me and I I have to learn much.

We are running Zabbix on Ubuntu with Version 7. Till now we have only the "old" Zabbix Agent in use. I now have the requirement to make certificate checks. Therefore I uninstalled the "old" Zabbix Agent from a windows server. I installed the Zabbix Agent 2 (Version 7.03) on the server. This Agent uses also the Port 10050. The port is open. I have checked it using test-netconnection. No second agent present on the server.
If I go to the Dashboard I see that the availibility "ZBX" is red. I get the error "Get value from agent failed: cannot establish TCP connection to [Server]:10050]: timed out.
I am using the build in "Windows by Zabbix Agent template". I don't know how the Zabbix server find out that there is an Agent 2 installed. Must I make changes on the template so that the server can detect a correct status of the agent 2?

    Thanks
    Bernd

The active checks are disabled. The ListenPort is correct mentioned with 10050. Also the server is correct mentioned in the server section for passive checks.

Yes, the service is running and we are using DNS names which are correct. In the Zabbix Server log I didn't find any entry regarding the client. The client log only has entrys about stopping/starting the agent all day at 3 o clock. Nothing unusual there. It is a windows server. Maybe it is a timing problem, maybe a timeout occurs.
