Zabbix database is down in every minute

Hi all, I'm using zabbix version 3.1

Last week I restarted zabbix server VM, I've got email alert in every hour, with information that Zabbix database is down. Im checked Mysql Database. but mysql still running, Im also checking the log zabbix server and mysql error log, but i cant found the error log messsage.

Im also disable "User group for database down message" in Administartion - General - Other but nothing changed, the email alert always coming 3 time in every hours

Anyone know how to fix this problem, I hope someone could help me. This is attachment of email alert inbox.

As the VM rebooted, it may be a iptables issue, or SELinux that has been reactivated.
