Cannot create map zabbix 3.0.7

Same here, with Zabbix 3.0.10.
Annoying, isn't it?
There is an error message in the JavaScript console (F12 to see it) :

Cannot update map.

It looks similar to this bug https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-11351, but I never messed with Apache configuration, so I don't think I can use the workaround.

The one thing that worked for me was to use Chrome instead of Firefox or IE.

Yes, the solution provided on bug https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-11351 was THE solution to our usercase at least. Sorry that it didn't help in your situation
