Zabbix 7.0.8 was released today. The issue should be fixed.

Zabbix is receiving a segmentation fault. The zabbix process may be trying to access an inaccessible memory location.

Check the Zabbix logs to see if there are any error messages prior to the crash.
Then check the memory integrity of the OS.
Do you have cache values configured for your Zabbix Server instance?
      Is your OS somehow read-only?

Red Hat can be a bit annoying at times, but if the problem persists, I would call support soon.

It seems to be a bug that's already fixed. Version 7.0.8 should be available soon with the fix.

disabling autoregistration actions - helped. Waiting for 7.2.2

We've had this problem ourselves on scale. Rolled the zabbix_server back to 7.0.6 to get the system stable again. Basically avoid 7.0.7 release.
