I tried to contact you via Linkedin, but I couldn't.
I observed the interfaces and interactions with Zabbix and I really liked them.
We have a DSE8620 generator, I got the mib file from the manufacturer but I'm still having trouble creating the template in Zabbix.
Is it possible to make the template you created available or help me configure the template in Zabbix based on this mib file?

Nice guide, but the way Modbus has been implemented in Zabbix calls for some awkward workarounds as most of the equipment to be monitored is typical OT that you can't install an agent on. Often such equipment is also isolated on L2, making it difficult to reach from the server directly.
I really wish the Modbus implementation also was available directly from a proxy atleast. I have a feature request for this i hope the team sees: https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBXNEXT-9769.

Hello Tiago, I recently read your article and was very impressed with the way you set everything up. I’ve been trying to integrate Zabbix with the DSE7410 MKII controller, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get it working properly.

Would you be willing to share the DSE template you used? I believe reviewing your implementation would help me identify where I might have gone wrong.
