Zabbix Installation Issue: Infinite Refresh on "Parameters" UI Page

Hi everyone,

I'm a French student working on an infrastructure project, and I'm sorry if my English isn't perfect.

I'm trying to install Zabbix 7.2 on Ubuntu Server 24.04.1, and everything works fine until I reach the "Parameters" section during the UI installation. All the prerequisites are OK, but when I get to the Parameters section (right after entering the database connection details), the browser starts refreshing infinitely.

If I clear all my cookies and refresh the page, the UI restarts at the first section, which is the welcome page.

Hey!

I've tried to reproduce the error but couldn't get it (installed it with apache2). The only difference that i noticed is that in the "Parameters" tab in the web interface configuration, I also had an option to choose the default theme of Zabbix, and your installation seems to be missing that.

I've never seen this error in the installations I did, so I'm not sure on what you can do.

I would suggest trying to install everything from scratch.

Oh i test with another computer in the same network of my Zabbix server and it's works. (I don't know why I didn't think of it before ) With the first computer i'm in another network range.
Now that the first configuration is done I can connect with the first PC outside the network of the zabby server.
So it seems necessary that the setup.php configuration phase takes place in the same network.
