SQL Alert 513

Hello, I am getting the following alert but I cant figure out what the error code means. The databases seem to be fine and everything is functioning, but I'd like to clear the alert.
SQL: MSSQLSERVER DB: dbname: Warning: 513

If anyone has any ideas, I'd greatly appreciate it.

You left out everything that could help us to help you... where you get it, what do you do to get it, whats your setup etc etc...
Considering MSSQL is not a supported DB for zabbix itself, your question is about some monitoring task you do ??
