bad graphs with zabbix and cisco asa

    Hi

I am using Zabbix to monitor network trafic. But sometimes we end up with bad graphs, and wrong data, but it only happens sometimes.

AS you can see here on this picture:

the graphs has holes in it, and the data in the read circle is wrong, we would have around 500mbit speed there.

I am just using the standard snmp device, and its a cisco asa box.

There are "highspeed counters" in the MIBs of faster equipment. Are you using these?

This document describes answers to commonly asked questions about SNMP counters as they relate to Cisco equipment.

      hey
thanks for youre reply, i manage to get it fixed. I needed the change the counters to 64bit. I dont know why its not default? after all its only 10mbit ports that dont support this from what i understand. I changed ifOutOctets/ifInOctets to ifHCOutOctets/ifHCInOctets in the template->discovery rules->Item Prototype, and the problem stopped...
