It can't send Acknowledgement operations message after updating

Hi Zabbix supports,

I'm facing that Zabbix-server hasn't sent Acknowledgement operations message after completed to upgrade Zabbix server from 3.4.1 to 3.4.2 but Trigger message and recovery message are working well.

It had worked well before upgrading to 3.4.2 version.

How can I track what's problem?

I checked Zabbix-server.log but there is no any error messages.

please give me an advise to resolve this problem.

Zabbix server version : 3.4.2
Using Push bullet app to send message
current database version (mandatory/optional): 03040000/03040001

Did you check your zabbix server log for messages during the database upgrade?

Some conditions and macros are gone, such as {TRIGGER.STATUS}

There is no Acknowledged log after update completion on the Action log page.

Acknowledged message doesn't occur anymore.

below format is setup on Action page for Acknowledgement message.

Subject - Acknowledged: {TRIGGER.NAME}
Message - {USER.FULLNAME} acknowledged problem at {ACK.DATE} {ACK.TIME} with the following message:
{ACK.MESSAGE}

Current problem status is {EVENT.STATUS}

Current problem status is {EVENT.STATUS}

-Send messages-
Using pushbullet script (It works for Problem and Recovery message

-Remote command-
No I did't setup

-Notify all involved?-
No I allow to receive message to only master admin.(Problem and Recovery message can receive only Acknowledge message can't receive after updating to 3.4.2 version)

I was able to send mail in the previous version, but once I checked again I could not send it.
I will check if it is registered as a issue on 3.4.2.

After checking the source, it seems that there is a change not to send to the same person who filled in the ack message in 3.4.2.

Please fill in ack message with a person different from the destination of the action.

Just have checked and yes, if you Acknowledged the issue then you don't receive an Acknowledgment message and it seems kind a logical thing. You don't need to receive an Ack message since you are the one who is acking. Don't think that this is a bug

Just have checked and yes, if you Acknowledged the issue then you don't receive an Acknowledgment message and it seems kind a logical thing. You don't need to receive an Ack message since you are the one who is acking. Don't think that this is a bug
