Zabbix has stopped to send notification to Slack

Hello.
Few days ago Zabbix has stopped to send notifications to Slack group.
I have restarted Zabbix service but it did not help. Still does not work! Last notification is for 13 of November 2017!
There were not any changes on Zabbix side that it could affect it somehow!
Please help find the root cause and fix it.

Are there any errors in the zabbix_server.log that may indicate an issue with your slack integration?

Also, did you use the following to setup slack alerts with zabbix? https://github.com/ericoc/zabbix-slack-alertscript

If so, what happens when you do the test in the "Testing" section?

Meanwhile i opened url https://hooks.slack.com/services/bla-bla-bla (where bla-bla-bla=our token) and got error that "No active hooks".
Is it ok?

Hello,
I have recreated a new webhook and updated script. Managed to receive test massage to my account but could not do it for our channel. Is it ok?
Now i am waiting for any zabbix alert to see whether it will send notifications to our #server_monitoring channel.

Hi everyone, I have an issue with slack notification, I have configured slack.sh script in zabbix and my test command is working fine without an issue, but the real alerts are not popping out to slack, I have created a new user as Zabbix Admin and create a media type as scrip also created an action, when I check the alert trigger in Zabbix dashboard it pop up and it says the alert has send to slack, but I never receive any messages to slack.
