I accidentally did a mysql restart and now zabbix server won't start.

It seems your database is corrupted.

Resolved.

I changed my.cnf
innodb_log_file_size = 64M

Which is apparently a no-no.

I've just (fresh) installed zabbix 1.1.6 and got the same error.
Your solution doesn't work to me

Any ideas?

Edit: I tried to open zabbix db using phpmyadmin and for every table I got the same error

#1033 - Incorrect information in file: './zabbix/<the_table>.frm'

I solved the problem dropping the db and re-installing schema.sql and data.sql
