    Disk READ/WRITE monitoring

    I'm trying to add this item
    disk_read_blks15[sda4]
    but Zabbix tells me "Not supported by ZABBIX agent"

    I've also tried it with disk_read_blks15[/dev/sda4]

    None of the disk read/write monitors are working.

    Should it work with SCSI drives?

    using 1.1alpha7

      Yes, it should. Note that the agent does not support disk statistics under Linux v2.6.x currently. However it works under v2.4.x.

          hmm I'm using kernel 2.4.26

          Perhaps I'm missing something else.

              2.4.x doesn't support Disk READ/Write

              I have the same issue. Have you found a solution?
