Zabbix1.4 Actions Wrongly triggered ?

Trigger: PsnLite.exe process is Down on {HOSTNAME}

Action1
Name: A process or service is Down on Host
Type of calculation =AND: (A) and (B)
ConditionA: Trigger description like "is Down on"
ConditionB: Trigger value = "TRUE"
Send message to Group "Network administrators"

Action2
Name: An interface may be Down on Host
Type of calculation =AND: (A) and (B)
ConditionA: Trigger description like "may be Down on"
ConditionB: Trigger value = "TRUE"
Send message to Group "Network administrators"


Zabbix-1.4 is triggering Action1 and Action2 together meaning double email alerts and double sms. Is Zabbix at fault or is it me ?? what i wan is ONLY ActionA to trigger NOT ActionB.

i have screenshot the following

1) item
2) trigger
3) 2x actions

4) event when trigger TRUE
5) actions (alerts) upon event

tried killing zabbix_server and rerun plus rebooting server. still can't work.

yah this is the problem

been debugging and i finally found the problem

Type of calculation:
AND/OR
AND
OR

before this problem arise, by DEFAULT all created triggers hav AND/OR as setting. all was working FINE till 1 day ago i decided to make use of the "flexibility" of the (Type of calculation) to manipulate my triggers and somehow i changed ALL to "AND". From there onwards, any "enabled" actions REGARDLESS of conditions are been triggered whenever EVENTS (true value) occur resulting in MULTIPLE alerts.

How i debug? well i set my triggers BACK to AND/OR and now ACTIONS are only triggered based on their conditions. OK now!

AND/OR = A and/or B and/or C
AND = A and B and C
OR = A or B or C

Correct mi if i'm wrong but somehow i feel there might be a bug or mix-up in the AND/OR & AND expression. haven tried OR though
