    Auto discovery problems

    Setting DebugLevel=4 in zabbix_server.conf and activating any discovery rule, zabbix server is stopped:

    Setting DebugLevel=3 in zabbix_server.conf and activating any discovery rule (even simple rules), zabbix server remain up but autodiscovery don't work. Why ????

          Are you saying that a discovery rule crashes the server with debuglevel=4, but not with debuglevel=3? If so, that's obviously a serious bug you should report.

          Which version are you using?
