We finish today ... now we have ZABBIX with MySQL (5.1) and performance is ok.
First we have used MySQL 4.1 but we get performance issues with '(h.hostid div 100000000000000)' ... queries takes a long time to execute.
After this we try with MySQL 5.1 and all things (until now) are working fine.
