Suppress recovery messages when the problem is solved

Hi. I'm trying to reduce email traffic from Zabbix (version 5.4.1). Specifically I don't want to receive ANY email from Zabbix if the problem was solved, for example, within 10 minutes.

I successfully suppressed problem messages using two-step operation in action.
But I keep getting recovery (Resolved/OK) messages.

Well, I can edit trigger settings to reduce the amount of its switching. But as I have hundreds of triggers from default templates I really don't want to edit each of them.
    .
So is there any way to suppress recovery messages in this case using ACTION settings only? Thanks in advance.

Got curious about the case and did a bit of research. Seems similar discussion had taken place in the past. Last message in it mentions option "Notify all involved". I did check and said option present even in my Zabbix 4.4 system, so it should also be present in 5.0.x.

Description of said option in documentation states: "send recovery message to all users who were notified on the problem event."Which seems to be what you looking for. So if your notification send only after 10 minutes, recovery should also be sent only for problems that lasted more than 10 minutes.

I did not test out this feature in my lab and actually never used it in production. So would much appreciate if you would give a feedback if it works for you. Also please do like the comment mentioning said feature in original discussion if it helped you!

please try to leave "recovery options" of your action empty

Explaining a bit about how to delay a notification (in your case, send it only in the first 10 minutes of the problem)

In the example above, I specify that each step will take 10 minutes in "Default operation step duration"
Saying that starts at step 2, means that the first action in my list will only start after 10 minutes. (as step 1 will be equal to nothing and will only go to the next step after 10 minutes)
So zabbix will only send any alert after 10 minutes, if the alert is still there.

niveastn, thanks. Here is my configuration. "Recovery operations" have no steps, so - is my Zabbix version (5.0.8) wrong/old or have I missed some settings?
