Mariadb version issue after zabbix upgrade

    Hi all
After last upgrade, the ticket ZBXNEXT-7813 explains that mariadb higher than 10.7 is fordbiden, but it's too late, my mariadb is allready 10.8.
My zabbix server is a Debian 10 - buster.

    What can I do ?
I don't know (and can't find) how to downgrade the mariadb suite...
    Somebody has a how-to for that ?

    Regards
    Tom

If we assume that using MariaDB 10.8 is technically fine, have you already tried setting AllowUnsupportedDBVersions? https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...w600#databases

Otherwise, regarding the database downgrade, you could try dumping the database and them importing it to another server running older MariaDB version. I have no experience about downgrading the database engine, I would assume that is not possible.
