fping from zabbix agent - permission denied

I have meddled with my Zabbix server and, alas, have not made it better. I was attempting to setup a simple test of net.tcp.service[http,,80] which was failing. Reading around the issue, I ran these two commands

Prezados,
estou tentando monitorar as catracas de acesso da empresa, porém não obtive sucesso. O tempo de resposta das catracas é alto ( e no momento não é possível melhorar esse tempo), por tanto, ao dar o comando fping pelo console do linux ele está retornando "não acessível"....

Hello all...hoping this is a quick fix but I have spent/wasted hours at this point trying to resolve unsuccessfully...brand new to zabbix as of yesterday...

I'm trying to use host discovery in Zabbix but have some weird problem with fping.

The discovery rule is configured like this:
IP range: 192.168.7.1-254
Delay: 7200 seconds
Checks: ICMP ping
Enabled: Check

Zabbix shows no hosts in Monitoring-Discovery....

but the simple check icmpping always giving 0

in the zabbix server config file i use this location for fping:
/usr/sbin/fping

so when i manualy try on the console:
/usr/sbin/fping...
