SSL Certificate Issue with repo.zabbix.com on RHEL9 with FUTURE Crypto Policy

## Problem Description
I'm experiencing repository access issues when trying to install/update Zabbix on RHEL9 and derivates systems that have the crypto-policies set to `FUTURE`. The error occurs when dnf/yum tries to access the official Zabbix repository:

reading https://www.zabbix.com/documentation.../debian_ubuntu I assume that raspbian 9 (stretch) is still fully supported.
But in the repos all zabbix-proxy-XXX-5.2-debian9 files are missing (see http://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/5.2/ra...main/z/zabbix/).

since 2 days we have a lot of trouble to reach https://repo.zabbix.com. We're receiving 403 Forbidden Error, the only solution we have is to change our proxy public IP to be able to reach it again.
But the new IP is blacklisted 24h later.

Can you help me to find a solution?...
